  • Print-on-demand products (like T-shirts, mugs, and other merch via Printful)

  • Books & planners sold through Amazon

3. Accounts

During checkout, WooCommerce may create an account for you. You’re responsible for keeping your login details safe.

4. Payments

We currently accept:

  • Stripe (credit/debit cards)

  • PayPal

  • Klarna (where available)

  • Amazon Pay (for Amazon purchases)

💡 Note: We do not support Mollie or iDeal at this time.

5. Refunds & Returns

  • Digital products: Non-refundable (since downloads can’t be returned).

  • Planners via Amazon: Covered by Amazon’s own return policy.

  • Print-on-demand merch: Non-refundable due to custom production. We will replace defective or damaged items — just contact us with details.

6. Shipping

We ship worldwide 🌍 Delivery times depend on your location and product type (Amazon, print-on-demand, or digital instant delivery).

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, planners, workbooks, and digital products are owned by MindCastle Creations unless otherwise noted. Unauthorized reproduction or resale is prohibited — except for items explicitly sold with resale rights, which are clearly labeled.

8. Privacy & Data

We collect customer data (like email, shipping details, and purchase info) to process your order and send updates (only with your consent). For details, see our [Privacy Policy].

👉 If MindCastle Creations is ever sold, customer data may transfer as part of business assets.

We’re not responsible for delays, errors, or damages caused by third parties (Amazon, Printful, payment processors) or by issues outside our control.
