For every student whose notes look like a tornado and whose syllabus is somewhere in a bag from three weeks ago.

You're not bad
at school. You've just been handed

the wrong tools.

The ADHD Student Planner isn't another colour-coded agenda you'll fill in for four days and then avoid like a bad memory. It's a complete study system built around the ADHD brain, because cramming structure into a brain that runs on dopamine and chaos requires a different kind of design.

ADHD-designed
from a real neurospicy brain

Undated, A5, 360 pages, start any semester, restart any Monday, zero guilt required.

Who it's for

This was made for a very specific kind of student brain. The kind that's probably smarter than most people's planners give it credit for.

🏃

The Deadline Sprinter

The student who doesn't start until 11pm the night before — not because they didn't care, but because that's when the brain finally shows up. Panic = focus. You're not lazy. You're waiting for the neurochemistry.

📱

The Notes Nowhere Student

Four apps. Two notebooks. One group chat. A photo of the whiteboard from October. The information exists. Finding it when you actually need it is the problem.

🧠

The Smart-But-Struggling Student

Teachers say "not living up to potential." You know the material. You just can't get it out of your brain, onto the paper, in the right order, by the deadline, consistently. That's not an intelligence problem.

If any of this landed somewhere in your chest (that mix of relief and recognition) you're in exactly the right place. We built this for you. Not the idealized student version of you.
You. 💗

Why traditional planners fail

It's not you. It's the planner.

"Here's the thing nobody tells you: most school planners were designed for the student who already has their systems sorted. The one who looks at a blank weekly spread and knows exactly what to do with it. If you have an ADHD brain, you look at that same blank spread and feel something closer to dread. I know, because I was that student. And when I couldn't find what I needed, I had to build it myself."

— Kim van Dijk, Founder, MindCastle Creations

Standard student planners assume you know how to start. They give you the boxes. They don't help you use them.

They're designed for one type of learner - the sit-still, read-the-chapter, take-the-notes type. If you learn by pacing, talking, or drawing diagrams with dramatic sound effects, there's usually no space for that.

They give you a week view and no scaffolding for managing the actual cognitive work of knowing what's urgent, what's important, and why you can't seem to care about either right now.

They don't know what to do with exam season panic. Just a page for the week, an empty box for each day, and the suggestion that you figure it out.

And when you miss a week, or a month, they offer nothing. Just a stretch of empty pages that feels like evidence against you.

The problem was never your brain. The problem was always the tools. A planner designed for a neurotypical student isn't a slightly adjusted fit for an ADHD one,  it's a completely different category of thing. So we made a completely different thing.

A different way

There's a version of student life that doesn't require you to constantly fight yourself to get started.

One where your planner actually helps you break through the starting problem, manage the chaos of a full semester, and get through exam season without losing your mind in the process.

That version exists. It just needed someone to design it properly, for us, not for everyone else.

Introducing

The ADHD Student Planner

Study like a neurospicy genius. Survive school like yourself.

The ADHD Student Planner is a complete, undated A5 study system with over 20 tools built specifically for neurodivergent teens and college students, not as a clinical tool, not as a rigid schedule that'll be abandoned by Friday, but as an actual companion for the wildly capable, slightly chaotic, deeply determined brain you have.

It covers school and life, because the ADHD experience doesn't clock out when class is over. Designed by an ADHD entrepreneur who needed it and couldn't find it anywhere.

Student Planner zoom in

I made this because I wish I'd had it. I spent years in school feeling like I was behind everyone else, not because I wasn't trying, but because the tools I'd been given were designed for a different kind of brain. This planner is what I would have handed my younger self on the first day of term and said: start here.

See exactly how it works before you decide

Here, let me walk you through it properly.

I know what it's like to stare at a planner in a shop and have absolutely no idea whether it's going to work for you until you're three weeks in and it's already fallen off a cliff.
So I filmed a full walkthrough, every spread, every tool, how I'd actually use it across a real school week. No sales pitch. No "and this is the part where we get organised!" energy. Just an honest tour of what's inside and why each piece is there.
This is the video I wish had existed for every planner I bought before I started making my own.

Watch this if you've invested in planners before that looked genuinely promising on the outside and completely wrong the moment you tried to use them. This one was designed differently, and I'll show you exactly how. ▶

What makes it work

What makes it actually work for a student with an ADHD brain

Exam Dragon Guide

Stop dreading exams. Start dismantling them, step by step.

4D Task List

Figure out what actually needs doing, and when.

Study Style Guide

Finally spot your patterns without a complicated system or shame spiral.

Pomodoro Tracker

Work in sprints. Rest without guilt. Actually get things done.

Routine Builder

Build the structure once. Stop recreating it from memory every morning.

Undated Format

Start any time. Skip a rough week. Come back whenever. No shame.

Inside look

Open it up. Here's what's waiting for you inside

Everything inside

Everything waiting for you inside

360 undated pages in a sturdy A5 gold spiral planner

(linen-look cover, fits in any bag, doesn't fall apart in week two like the spiral ones from the corner shop)

"Tame the Exam Dragon" prep guide

(a step-by-step ADHD-specific exam strategy, because "just study more" has never once solved anything and we all know it)

"Study Like a Neurospicy Genius" learning style guide

(Visual, Auditory, Kinesthetic, and Group modes. Find the one that actually works for your brain and commit to it)

Weekly spread with Mon–Sun daily sections, homework columns, and a "Don't Forget Daily" icon row

(the pack checklist alone will save you from turning up to PE without your kit for the fourteenth time)

Brain Dump page, 4D Task List, Mood Tracker, and Self-Care Checklist

(because a student with ADHD has a full human life to manage, not just a timetable)

Routine builders, monthly reflection pages, and a budget tracker

(the planner covers school and the rest of it — medication routines, money, life admin — because it all affects how you show up)

4 sticker sheets including capybara holiday stickers, "Proudly ADHD" stickers, and fold-around tabs

(plus an elastic band bookmark and a back pocket for the receipts, folded notes, and mysterious pieces of paper you'll definitely find important later)

"This isn't the planner you use perfectly from September to June and photograph for Instagram. It's the planner you actually open on a Wednesday when you're already behind, and somehow (because of how it's set up) manage to pull something together anyway. That's what it was designed for."

How it stacks up

A student planner designed for every student is designed for none of them.

Standard student planners are built around the assumption that knowing what to do is enough. The ADHD Student Planner was built around the very specific reality that for neurodivergent brains, knowing isn't the hard part, starting is. That's not a small distinction. That's the entire design brief.

Feature Other Student Planners ADHD Student Planner BUILT FOR YOU
Study support A page per week and maybe a subject tracker A full ADHD-specific exam prep guide and learning style framework built into the system
Task management “Write your to-do list here” and a blank box A 4D Task List that helps you decide what’s urgent, what matters, and what can wait
Starting help None. It assumes you know how to begin Structured daily layouts with guidance to help you get unstuck
Falling behind Sad empty pages from the week you missed An undated format, so you never “fall behind.” Pick it up again whenever you’re ready
Whole-life support School timetable and homework columns Mood tracker, medication log, self-care checklist, budget tracker, and routine builders alongside the study tools

Questions answered

You're not bad at school.

You've just been working with the wrong tools.

You've spent years trying to make your brain fit into systems that were never designed for it. You've tried the colour-coded method, the bullet journalling, the apps, the sticky notes, the fresh-start-every-September. That's not failure. That's someone who keeps trying even when the tools keep letting them down.

You deserve tools that were actually built for you. Not adapted from something else. Not marketed as inclusive. Built, from the beginning, with your specific kind of brain in mind.

This is that thing. And it's been waiting for you.
