Refunds & Returns Policy

At MindCastle Creations, we design intentional, high-quality tools for neurodivergent minds. Because we sell different types of products, return rules depend on what you purchase. Please read the section that applies to your order.

Digital Products (ebooks, printables & downloads)

  • All digital products are non-refundable.
  • Once a file is downloaded, it cannot be returned or revoked.
  • If something is wrong, for example a missing file or a download issue, email us at info@mindcastlecreations.com and we will fix it quickly.

Print-on-Demand Merch (shirts, mugs, totes & more)

  • Each item is printed especially for you, which means: no returns, no refunds.

  • The exception: if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, send us a photo within 14 days and we’ll work with our print partner to arrange a replacement.

  • Heads up: we can’t do returns for size swaps or if you change your mind.

Physical Products Ordered Through This Website

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused and in original condition.

  • Opened or handled products may not be eligible for resale.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

If you purchased a product through Amazon, Amazon’s return and refund policy applies.

Please log into your Amazon account to start a return or replacement request. We cannot process Amazon returns through our website.
