Pack for Your Trip Without Asking Your ADHD Brain to Remember Everything

Get the free ADHD-Friendly Travel Packing List for your suitcase, carry-on and in-flight seat pouch.

You will know what to pack, where to put it and what to keep within reach during your flight.

Take it for free. Or pick your own price if you feel generous.

Does Packing Somehow Become a Full-Time Job?

You open your suitcase.

Then you remember you need to charge your power bank.

Twenty minutes later, you are checking the weather, looking for your passport and wondering why there are seven tops on your bed but no underwear in your suitcase.

Packing asks your brain to plan, prioritise, remember and make dozens of small decisions.

That is a lot when your working memory already has 38 tabs open.

This packing list puts those decisions on paper.

If you want to toss in a small amount, it feels like buying me a coffee while I sit here making ADHD tools for our chaotic corner of the internet.

Anything above zero will trigger my eternal gratitude! Thank you for fueling the mission.

You can change the number to zero to download it for free, or you can enter an amount of your choosing. It's your choice! 🙂

You can have it for free or buy me a cup of coffee!

Two Pages. Three Packing Zones. Fewer “What Did I Forget?” Thoughts.

No climbing into the overhead bin because your nasal spray is hiding underneath three hoodies.

You know, just in case your executive function needed a hint 😉

See What Your Brain Will No Longer Have to Hold

Print both pages at home and tick off each item as it goes into your bag.

There is also space to add items that are specific to your trip.

A Small Note From Kim

I created this packing list while preparing for a long-distance trip.

I wanted one place for my suitcase, carry-on and the small pouch I keep near my seat during a flight.

Because knowing your charger exists somewhere in the overhead bin is not the same as being able to reach it.

I hope this printable gives your brain fewer things to manage and gives you more room to look forward to your trip.
