Is this a real ADHD diagnosis?

No. This is a screening tool. It helps you notice patterns. Only a qualified professional can diagnose ADHD. If your results are high, consider speaking to your GP or a specialist.

How accurate is this quiz?

The questions are based on common adult ADHD criteria and real-life executive function patterns. It cannot replace a full assessment. It can help you decide whether further evaluation makes sense.

What happens after I finish?

You get instant results. You’ll see which pattern cluster you align with most. If your score is high, you’ll get a gentle next step. No surprise sales page.

Do you store my answers?

No personal diagnosis file. No public data. Your results are for you. If you subscribe to the Freebie Vault, your email is stored securely. You can unsubscribe anytime.

What if my score is low but I still struggle?

ADHD is not the only reason people struggle with focus, overwhelm, or time. Low score does not mean your struggles are invalid. It just means your patterns may not strongly match ADHD criteria. The tools I built are for everybody who may need them, you don't HAVE to have ADHD, they can still be realy useful to you and anybody with a scatter rain!

I scored high. Now what?

Breathe. High score means your patterns strongly resemble common ADHD traits. It does not mean something is “wrong” with you. Next steps:

  • Talk to a GP
  • Look into adult ADHD assessments
  • Start learning executive function strategies

If your brain has always felt different, you are not broken. You may just need a system that works with it.
